Manchester Chiropractor Pete Swarbrick
I was introduced to the benefits of chiropractic after injuring my hip thai boxing when I was 15 years old. Being impressed by the treatment I received, I decided that I wanted to pursue a career in the profession so I could acquire the skills to help others.
I studied for 5 years at the renowned Anglo European College of Chiropractic gaining a Masters degree, then a doctorate in chiropractic. I went to work as an associate for several years before starting Monton Chiropractic and subsequently Swinton chiropractic.
I have had experience treating hundreds of patients from professional footballers to 87 year old bowling fanatics. I am also one of the few chiropractors in greater Manchester to be awarded an NHS contract.
Our bodies when fully functional allow us to live exciting lives. Without the maintenance and full function of our muscular-skeletal system our lifestyles can becomes impaired. We never realise how much we rely on our bodies until our health lets us down. Quite often we take our health for granted. It really is true what they say, “if you don’t use it you lose it”- and often that is when problems can develop.
As we are living longer the stress on our bodies is becoming greater and greater. The great thing about chiropractic is that we are not only able to correct dysfunction that arises from our skeletal system we are often able to detect the signs of dysfunction before pain and stiffness arise. Therefore we are often able to stop this possible future discomfort in its tracks.
I’m doing my bit to ensure that I remain fully functional and pain free. Why not let me help you too?
